The Rose

The Rose, my favorite flower, always reminds me of my Mom, Rose Marie Yablonsky.
As the mother of 8 children, she was truly a fragrant rose in the garden of our lives.

At age 41, cancer took it's toll and she departed from this earth to enter eternity.
Mom left behind the legacy of her steadfast faith & faithfulness in the midst of many
thorns of pain and sorrow.

As an artist and poet, her example profoundly influenced the course of my life's work.
